How to shop

It's simple and it's from practical life - just like Zen ....

You just choose something, put it in your cart, pay and then a postman will bring it to you.

But maybe a little more information will be useful:

  • Choose the goods you like and put it in your cart.
  • When you have all the selected goods in your cart, click the "Continue" button.
  • Choose the shipping method.
  • Fill in your details.
  • To be sure, check again - whether you have the right goods in your cart, the right quantity and whether the shipping details are filled in correctly, especially your phone number and email.
  • If everything is in order, click the "Order with payment obligation" button.
  • You should soon receive an automatic order confirmation by email. This means that we have received your order and will start working on it.
  • If you do not receive an automatic order confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us. It is possible that the order got lost somewhere along the way and a new one will need to be sent.
  • We will pack the goods and send them to you within 5 working days after the payment is credited to your account.
  • We try to save the environment, so we do not print documents related to the purchase (invoices), but only send them by email.
  • You will receive a confirmation of the shipment of the package by email.

And then we will look forward to seeing you like the goods and that you are satisfied with your purchase. We will be happy if you return to our store or recommend us.

If you need to repair, supplement, add, remove, replace something or, God forbid, cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Preferably by email info@zenspirit.cz or eventualy by phone 00420 602 796 371. Please always have your details ready - order number, first and last name and address, so that we can quickly track down your order and resolve it to your satisfaction.
